have had a studio apartment available May 1 2020, five blocks south of UNM. This studio apartment is crazy nice, with tons of custom tile mosaic work, custom hickory wood working, and generally fancy details. Rent is $700 / month, and includes all utilities (including internet.) You don't have to pay any bills here, except rent. You need to pay first month's rent, last month's rent, and a month of damage deposit (3 * $700 = $2100) to get in. You also need to pass a background check. Only three tenants have ever lived there, so it's still pretty new.
This place is about 550 square feet. It's one big room, and then a bathroom. This has off street parking, directly in front of the apartment.
